多走路對減少頭腦的退化也有幫助?
結果發現,每週至少走10到15公里的人,老化產生的腦部萎縮現象,比起那些不愛走路的人似乎輕微許多。更重要的是,出現認知功能障礙或失智症的風險也減少50%。 edited: 2

走路的時候,全身都有韻律 所以應該是全身的改善..... 除非有人專練那種上半身不晃動的XD |
