<p>看起來也差不多。IE 大幅度下滑。難怪 &nbsp;M$ 要推出&nbsp;Project Spartan，據說要取代 IE 成為 Windows 10 的 browser.</p>
<p>其實 IE 會下滑是一連串的錯誤的決定造成的</p>
<ul>
<li>Windows Phone 沒準備好就推出，給 Android 崛起的機會，Android 內定的 browser 是 chrome. chrome 有 bookmark 等同步的功能。所以很多 desktop user 也改用 chrome</li>
<li>IE 8 以後不能在 Windows XP 安裝，IE 10 以後不能在 Windows Vista 安裝，這一部份也給 chrome 接收。M$ 是想用 IE 來誘惑購買新的 Windows?</li>
<li>IE 的相容性似乎有問題。像本站用的 tinymce editor 之前在 IE 還可以用的，似乎在 IE10 以後就沒辦法用了。</li>
<li>之前的 IE9+ 每次一開啟就會問要不要關閉某些元件以提昇速度，很討厭。</li>
